2. USE OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY PROTECTION
Olivari d.o.o. respects and safeguards your privacy. During the business process we shall use the information necessary to carry out the booking as well as the information related to your travel. The information that will be used is that provided by you of your own free will. We pledge that we shall not sell, announce or disclose this information to third parties. The collected demographic data will be disclosed to our media partners, to professionals and advertisers and are not related to any personally identifiable details. In order to provide special services, we may cooperate with a third party. A third party will have access to names and other contact details necessary to provide the requested services only when the customer registers for these services. A third party is not allowed to use personal information except for the purpose of providing the requested services. The information will be used in compliance with the privacy policy that was valid at the time when that information was collected. 3. BOOKING ENQUIRY
